Tradeline completed our new home last year and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Building a new home was not something we had ever planned to do, and the whole prospect was very daunting; working with Aaron and Dale, and their awesome team, made the whole thing much less terrifying. They are wonderful people and fantastic builders. We felt 100% comfortable throughout the entire build that they not only understood what we wanted, but were very committed to making it happen for us, doing everything they could to accommodate our ambitious wish list within our tight budget. It is very apparent that they genuinely care about their clients, and about delivering to a high standard. I must have rung Dale and Aaron about 1000 times with various questions, and never once did I feel like I was annoying them (all though I’m sure I must have been).
The entire build was very well managed, including the budget and schedule, which was essential for us as a young family. The quality and workmanship is superb. Watching the Tradeline guys at work you can see they build houses like they build boats, with millimeter precision. We have been living in the house for nearly a year and everything is just as it should be.
Building with a newer product like Metrapanel, we did have some concerns about what it would be like to live in, but again after having been in it for nearly a year, it seems to perform very well from both a sound and temperature insulation perspective. We wore shorts inside all winter with next to no heating on, and very little outside noise penetrates. It also stands up extremely well to the rigours of small people who don’t listen and drive their scooters indoors and into the walls.
We would absolutely build with Tradeline again. Thank you guys – we love our home!

INSTALLER PERFORMANCE REVIEW 2015
On inspection of a house at Port Road, Whangarei. The house was at build wrap stage and a transportable home. I have to say this was the best example I have seen of an installer doing not only everything properly but also a number of extra things to ensure that the house has minimal damage when being transported. I had a good chat to Aaron and found him to be extremely thorough in his knowledge of all aspects of the Metrapanel System. I have no issues and was really impressed with the way Aaron was running his business.

Building with Tradeline Builders was one of the best choices we made.
Aaron, Dale and the family like team at Tradeline were so accommodating to our needs and wants with our build. They endeavoured to give us everything they possibly could. We were so impressed with their high attention to detail and the quality of finish to our home. They are true craftsmen.
We were always totally kept in the loop with all progress and offered all options, as decisions needed to be made along the way.
We loved the flexibility of design as we basically had our own plans. The speed of construction was fantastic and what an amazing product Metrapanel is. We love our quiet and super insulated home.
Our house was transported from Port Road and arrived with no damage and we were moved in with in a few days.
We are very proud of our home and thank the team at Tradeline for the amazing job they did!

Our new house is exactly what we wanted.
What we like most is:
1. The price was right and even cheaper than the local builders of prefabricated houses (even with the high price for the transport from Whangarei to Kaitaia).
2. The house was built in reasonable time.
3. The house is solidly built, well insulated and keeps us very warm even in the coldest days. We have got a panel heater in the lounge and that little heater with 450 W keeps us warm. Nobody can beat this.
4. The house plan was perfect for us and we are happy with everything.
5. The workmanship was perfect and we have got nothing to complain about.
6. The builders are very friendly, listen to the customer and do everything to satisfy them.
7. We got the chance to choose carpets, kitchen, paint. So we got
exactly what we wanted.
As a conclusion: We can highly recommend Tradeline Builders.

Purchased a second house.
Building a first home at 23 is very confusing, scary, exciting and all the other emotions you can imagine! But stressful was not one of them thanks to the Tradeline team!
